Water-main & water-service replacementWhen the main line into your home fails or ages out, we replace the overhead water-main and water-service from the street connection through to the house, cleanly and to code.

Backflow testing & certificationTesting and certification of backflow prevention devices for homes, stratas and commercial properties, with the paperwork your municipality or strata needs.

Leak detection & repairA hidden leak in a wall: we find it with a moisture meter, open only the section we need and repair it properly, then document the leak and the repair for your insurer.

Drains, camera inspection & locatingFrom a single slow sink to a blocked main, we clear it, and when it matters, we send a camera down the line and locate it, to see exactly what is going on before we quote, so you are not paying to guess. What areas does Prosafe serve?

We are based on the North Shore and work right across the Lower Mainland and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. That includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, along with Squamish, Whistler and the Fraser Valley. What are your business hours?

We work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. You can send us a request through the website or WhatsApp at any time, and we reply during business hours.

Poly-B replacement and PEX repiping are our leading specialty, but we are a complete residential plumber, water-main and water-service replacement, backflow testing, hot water tanks, drain cleaning, leak detection, fixtures and renovation plumbing.
