Fixtures, kitchens and appliances
Standard accessible installations with customer-supplied fixtures; the price includes the call-out. The additional price is for the same service at the same home during the same visit. Where no additional price is shown, the combined work is quoted with no second call-out. Sink and vanity installation, cabinet or countertop changes, concealed pipe repairs, failed shutoffs, appliance hauling and electrical work are priced separately.

Backflow, valves and outdoor taps
Backflow testing prices are the same for homes, businesses and strata properties, by device size and number of devices. Testing adds one $99 call-out per property visit, whatever the number of devices. With mixed sizes, the largest device is charged at its first-device price and each other device at its own additional price. Example: one 1-inch and one 3/4-inch device = $150 + $100 + $99 = $349 + GST. Backflow repairs, replacements and unusual access are quoted separately. Valve prices include the call-out; sizes above 1 inch need a $99 assessment, credited to the job, and a custom quote. An expansion tank, where needed, is priced separately.

Prices are for homes, for standard, accessible work as described. Commercial and strata projects are quoted individually, keeping our standard packages where they apply; backflow testing is the exception, at the same prices for homes, businesses and strata. Anything outside the standard scope is quoted before we start. We do not currently offer routine drain cleaning, pot fillers, ice-maker boxes or sump pumps. We apply for permits and book inspections at no extra service charge; permit and inspection fees are charged at the municipality's actual cost, with no markup.
