Reza was a big help and came to the rescue while I was out of town for my gas hot water tank had quit, he found the time to come by and diagnose it only to discover that the tank needed to be replaced. He was very thorough sent pictures of the malfunction tank along with detailed explanation and was able to make recommendations for a new tank. The next day Friday before the long weekend he was able to pick and install a new tank after removing the old one.
